Can you create custom formulations for me?
Yes! To unlock these possibilities, you’ll have to be on the Business subscription plan. Certain rules and custom pricing apply to this service. Contact our team to learn more.
Which subscription plan do I need to start selling your products?
You can pick between any subscription plans: Base, Plus, and Business. When joining the Brand Accelerator program, you’ll get 3 months free of charge for the Plus subscription. After the trial ends, you’ll have a chance to pick whichever plan works best for you.
Is the logo design included in the Brand Accelerator?
No, logo creation is not included. If you need help with creating your logo design, check out our Logo design services.
Is it possible to create bundles within the program?
Yes, we can help you set up bundles with single products or multiple different ones.
How many revisions do I get for the labels and store?
You’ll receive up to 3 revisions for both label and store design. We’ll start by preparing the first design drafts based on your submissions. Then, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback, and we’ll refine each draft to reflect your input from the previous round.
Can I add non-Supliful products to my store?
Yes! After your store is built, you can manage it as you wish. We can also work on your Shopify account with your existing products.
Do I need to have a brand book before starting the program?
It’s not mandatory, but feel free to make one. We’ll share a helpful checklist and resources so you can communicate your vision to us conveniently, even without the brand book.
Will the store be already integrated with Supliful?
Absolutely! We’ll set up a seamless connection with our Supliful app and fulfillment service for you.
What does a dedicated account manager imply?
When you join the Brand Accelerator program, you’ll get a dedicated account manager who’ll kick things off with an onboarding call and be your go-to contact throughout the whole process. Even after your brand and store are up and running, they’ll still be there for any questions or support you need down the road.
Will I need to provide content for my Shopify store?
Yes, you’ll need to create content for your store. As the brand owner, it’s your unique opportunity to shape how customers perceive your brand, vision, values, and personality. We’ll share a convenient way for you to provide this content to us.
As we build your Shopify store and product listings, we’ll include all relevant product information, content, and images about our products, as well as all policy pages.
